Reformer 101 is a mandatory introductory class before booking regular Reformer Pilates sessions. In this 15-20-minute session, you'll learn the key components of the reformer machine- such as the carriage, springs, and platform—and how to safely use them. You'll also be introduced to essential Pilates terms like "short box," "long box," and "short spine." Safety, proper etiquette, and foundational knowledge are covered to ensure you're comfortable and competent with the equipment. After completing Reformer 101, you'll be ready to book your classes.
